Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital and trusted partner in pet healthcare since 1991, with a strong 4.8-star Google rating. They are hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital sees cats and dogs and is seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care within a well-established practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of GP responsibilities, working across a varied caseload of cats and dogs. Clinical duties include wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. The hospital is open to discussing doctor hours and is welcoming applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is well-equipped and holds a Feline-Friendly accreditation. They provide a full scope of GP services, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, alongside urgent care and orthopedics. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8 am–5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8 am–12 pm, remaining closed on Sundays.

Team
The practice currently has 6 DVMs supported by a great team of support staff. The environment is designed to support collaboration and provide a strong level of day-to-day assistance across the hospital.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
