Introduction
Our client is a hospital dedicated to small animal care, currently hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join their long-standing team. This role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated veterinarian looking to practice high-quality general medicine in a well-established, community-focused setting.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on weekends. There are no on-call duties or holiday requirements, and both full-time and part-time schedules are welcome. The hospital offers a schedule that respects your time and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves all clinical responsibilities typically expected of a General Practice Veterinarian, including medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering a supportive environment for continued development and growth.

The hospital has been a cornerstone of the community for nearly 75 years. While the facility has evolved over time, its commitment to delivering compassionate, affordable, and thorough veterinary care has remained constant. Team
The hospital currently has one doctor and is supported by a well-established, tenured support team. With a 2:5 staff-to-doctor ratio, the environment fosters collaboration and ensures veterinarians receive the support and respect they need to provide excellent patient care.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
