Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The hospital provides care exclusively for cats and dogs and is looking to expand its clinical team with either a full-time or part-time veterinarian.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and the position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA Accredited and well equipped. It provides comprehensive small animal medicine, including vital urgent care services.
Team
The team consists of five DVMs supported by a well-trained team of support staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
