Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats and is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for a diverse small animal caseload, leading patients through diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing preventative care. Responsibilities include performing wellness examinations, diagnostics, medical workups, surgical procedures, urgent care cases, and client education while building long-term relationships with pet owners. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with an experienced paraprofessional team, contribute to a positive hospital culture, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. The role is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship and opportunities for continued clinical growth.
Practice Details
This AAHA Accredited small animal hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats using advanced diagnostic tools and modern veterinary technology. Services include wellness and preventative care, diagnostic testing, advanced medical care, surgical procedures, urgent care, pet boarding, and pet grooming. The hospital routinely performs ultrasound and echocardiogram examinations to support advanced cardiac and internal medicine workups and provides access to a network of internal specialty consultants for complex cases. The practice is committed to ongoing education and career development through mentorship programs, continuing education funding, and clear opportunities for professional growth. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

The hospital is supported by a collaborative team of 3 DVMs and a highly tenured support staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
