Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing full-service veterinary care and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This well-established practice delivers comprehensive care to pets while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and is closed on Sunday. The role is open to full-time or part-time applicants, with Saturday coverage included as part of the rota.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality veterinary care across a range of cases. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, educating pet owners on treatment options and preventative care, and collaborating closely with the veterinary and support team. The role offers exposure to wellness, diagnostics, and surgical procedures, with access to additional resources to support clinical decision-making. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Team
The team consists of 5 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative and mentoring-focused workplace.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
