Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering either full-time or part-time opportunities working with dogs and cats.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive small animal care, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, performing routine and advanced surgical procedures, and providing preventative care. You will build strong relationships with clients, educate pet owners on treatment options, and collaborate closely with the veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This is a well-established small animal hospital that has been serving its community since 1991, with a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care. The practice offers a full spectrum of services including wellness and prevention, advanced testing and diagnostics, comprehensive medical care, surgical procedures, and urgent care. The hospital is supported by a broader network that provides access to internal specialty consultations and professional development resources, allowing veterinarians to confidently manage a varied caseload. The environment is structured and supportive, with a focus on delivering personalized care and maintaining strong client relationships. Hospital hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

The team consists of 1 DVM supported by a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
