Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that provides care for cats and dogs and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with Sundays closed. The role can be either full-time or part-time, with full-time preferred. The hospital offers flexibility with either 8- or 10-hour shifts and a rotating weekend schedule. Doctor hours are open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice duties, providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA-accredited and committed to using fear-free techniques whenever possible. It is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including digital radiography, cold laser, and ultrasound.

Team
The successful candidate will join a team that includes one DVM and a dynamic group of skilled support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
