Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their small animal practice. This well-equipped veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will perform comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups, diagnostic procedures, surgery, and client education while maintaining accurate medical records and following pharmacy and controlled substance protocols. Responsibilities also include promoting teamwork and staff efficiency, collaborating with hospital leadership on priorities and workflow expectations, monitoring hospital cases, participating in rounds, and supporting daily hospital operations from intake through discharge. The role involves providing wellness care, internal medicine, emergency care, urgent care, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, spaying and neutering, mass removals, ocular procedures, C-sections, and foreign body surgeries while delivering compassionate and client-focused veterinary medicine.

Practice Details
This full-service animal hospital offers a broad range of veterinary services including internal medicine, surgery, emergency care, and urgent care services during office hours. Services include routine exams, geriatric care, puppy and kitten care, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, spaying and neutering, C-sections, ocular procedures, mass removal, wound care, and foreign body surgeries. The hospital is fully equipped with advanced and newer equipment to support high-quality medical care. The practice emphasizes exceptional patient care, teamwork, and client service while providing a supportive and collaborative work environment. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The environment is collaborative, compassionate, and team-oriented, with veterinarians working closely alongside hospital leadership and support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
