Our client is a small animal veterinary hospital that is currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated and growing team. The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care exclusively to cats and dogs and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused medicine. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with an earlier closing time of 5:00 pm on Fridays, and is closed on weekends. The role is open to both full-time and part-time veterinarians, with flexibility available to accommodate individual scheduling preferences. This predictable weekday-only schedule supports an excellent work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, the Associate Veterinarian will connect closely with clients and their pets, becoming a trusted partner in each pet’s lifelong health. From diagnosis through treatment, the veterinarian will lead patient care with the autonomy to uphold the highest medical standards. Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload, providing medical and preventative care, and clearly communicating findings and treatment plans so clients can make informed decisions. This position is open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians, offering the opportunity to join a culture dedicated to continuous learning, professional growth, and long-term career development, including pathways toward leadership roles for those interested.

Practice Details
The hospital is a fully equipped, full-service facility capable of providing comprehensive veterinary care. The practice offers a wide range of services, including wellness and preventative care, dermatology, dental care, internal medicine, laser therapy, and advanced testing and diagnostics. The clinic is designed to support efficient workflows and high standards of medicine while fostering a positive and collaborative culture focused on quality care and professional excellence.

Team
The Associate Veterinarian will work alongside a team of two DVMs in a collaborative and supportive environment. The veterinary team is supported by a brilliant group of support staff who play an essential role in maintaining a smooth and efficient daily workflow. This close-knit team environment encourages mentorship, collaboration, and shared success.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
