Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital hiring for an Equine Veterinarian. This is an opportunity to join a full-service equine ambulatory practice focused on delivering high-quality care across all stages of a horse’s life, with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and a thriving equine clientele.
Working Hours / Rota
The practice operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the hospital closed on weekends. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves providing comprehensive equine veterinary care, including wellness and preventative medicine, geriatric care, lameness evaluations, ambulatory services, race track care, sport horse medicine, and emergency cases. You will work closely with clients to build lasting relationships while delivering high standards of care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with strong mentorship and support available. There is also opportunity to build a lucrative equine clientele base and develop your caseload.

The clinic offers a strong and varied caseload with opportunities across multiple areas of equine medicine. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostics and on-site lab testing, and veterinarians are provided with a personal work vehicle. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
