Job Description

Introduction
An AAHA accredited small animal hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its established veterinary team. Known for maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence, the hospital has earned strong trust within the community, reflected in its 4.6 star Google rating. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm and is closed on Sundays. The schedule provides a structured rota with a mix of weekday and limited weekend coverage to support both patient access and a balanced working routine.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive small animal care including wellness and preventive medicine, diagnostics, medical case management and surgical procedures. The role involves guiding patient care from diagnosis through treatment, educating clients and working closely with the veterinary team to maintain strong clinical standards.

This AAHA accredited hospital provides full service small animal veterinary care including preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery and advanced medical treatment. The practice emphasizes high quality clinical standards supported by modern diagnostics and collaborative case management to ensure patients receive thorough and compassionate care.

Team
The hospital is supported by a team of four veterinarians alongside experienced technicians and dedicated support staff who work together to maintain a collaborative and patient focused environment.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
