Job Description
Introduction
This AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its established team of six veterinarians. Known for delivering compassionate, high-quality medicine, the practice offers a collaborative environment where doctors are supported with mentorship, modern resources, and opportunities for continued professional growth. Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for dogs and cats while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. You’ll diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, perform preventative care and surgery, communicate treatment plans clearly, and work closely with an experienced clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. The practice encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and provides structured support for professional development throughout your career.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday and Tuesday from 7:00am to 8:00pm, Wednesday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
