Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their modern small animal practice. The hospital primarily sees dogs and cats, with some exotic species, offering a varied and engaging caseload. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, providing strong team support and access to advanced medical resources in a collaborative environment.
Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will manage a comprehensive small animal caseload including preventive care, wellness exams, diagnostics, internal medicine, general surgery, dentistry, and hospitalization. Clinical responsibilities include performing surgical procedures such as spays and neuters, utilizing digital and dental radiology, interpreting diagnostic results, managing urgent and complex cases, and providing strong client education. The role emphasizes teamwork, high-quality medicine, and collaboration with experienced support staff. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital features a state-of-the-art facility equipped with digital radiology, dental X-rays, cold and therapeutic lasers, laser surgery capabilities, ultrasound, EKG, Tonopen, an in-house laboratory, in-house pharmacy, a dedicated dental suite, surgical suite, and isolation ward. Services include Advanced Care, Advanced Dental Care, Preventive Care, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Routine Surgeries, Spays and Neuters, Hospitalization, Radiology, Pain Management, Allergy Care, Geriatric Medicine, and Wellness Programs. The practice fosters a positive, team-oriented atmosphere focused on delivering top-tier medicine.

The hospital currently has 4 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a highly collaborative environment with experienced leadership and strong clinical support.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
