Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their high-performing small animal and exotics practice in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is a full-time position.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide preventative care, exotic pet care, surgery, dentistry, in-house diagnostics, laser therapy, emergency care, and end-of-life care while building strong client relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment. This role is open to veterinarians who are committed to continuous learning and providing high-quality, compassionate care. Strong surgical skills and experience or an interest in Orthopedics is a must.

The hospital offers services in preventative care, exotic pet care, surgery, dentistry, in-house diagnostics, laser therapy, emergency care, and end-of-life care, delivering advanced medicine with a personal, compassionate approach within a welcoming community-focused environment.

The hospital has three DVMs supported by a skilled, collaborative team that values growth, open communication, and delivering high-quality care while ensuring veterinarians feel supported and valued.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
