Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Veterinarian to join a well-established AAHA-accredited small animal practice. The hospital primarily treats companion animals, with additional care provided for exotic pets including reptiles and small mammals, offering a diverse and engaging caseload within a supportive and growth-focused environment.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. This role is full-time and flexible scheduling options are available.

The role involves delivering high-quality medical care across a range of clinical areas, including diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, wellness, and preventive care. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, leading patient care from diagnosis through treatment, and educating clients to support long-term health outcomes. The position also emphasizes collaboration with a skilled support team and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.
Practice Details
This is an AAHA-accredited hospital offering comprehensive services including vaccinations, wellness care, dentistry, surgery, spay and neuter, dermatology, rehabilitation, diagnostics, education and counseling, boarding, daycare, and care for exotic pets. The hospital is equipped with digital X-ray and a complete in-house laboratory for rapid diagnostics, supporting efficient and accurate clinical decision-making. The practice emphasizes high standards of care, access to advanced diagnostics, and a workflow designed to support effective, high-quality medicine within a collaborative and well-supported environment.
Team
The hospital has 3 DVMs working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, focused on shared expertise, continuous learning, and delivering excellent patient care.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
