Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital that provides care for small animals, small mammals, exotics, and avian species. They are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 6PM, and Saturdays from 7:30AM to 2PM. It is closed on Sundays. The position can be either full-time or part-time, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service general practice role, providing comprehensive veterinary care to a range of species including small animals, small mammals, exotics, and avian patients. The position requires an experienced veterinarian with established avian and exotics experience.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped to provide high-quality medical and surgical care. They offer a wide range of services including preventive care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, digital full-body and dental radiology, urgent care, exotics care, and vacation boarding.

Team
The hospital has a team of three DVMs supported by a well-staffed and experienced support team.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
