Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital providing general practice and urgent care services, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves managing a diverse caseload within both general practice and urgent care settings, allowing you to work across a variety of cases. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting wellness exams, diagnostics, and preventative services, while also supporting urgent care needs as they arise. The position emphasizes strong client communication and collaboration with a skilled support team, enabling you to focus on case management and clinical decision-making. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital offers a combination of general practice and urgent care services, with a strong focus on community-based care and client education. The facility is a spacious 5,600 sq ft environment designed for efficient workflow and optimal patient visibility, particularly for hospitalized cases. Equipment includes a new ultrasound unit, cautery, and a dental suite. The practice is supported by highly trained Licensed Veterinary Technicians, several of whom are fear free and RECOVER certified, allowing veterinarians to focus on cases and client communication. Services provided include wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, microchipping, nutrition and weight management, and routine health screenings. The hospital operates from 8:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week, including holidays, supporting a varied and dynamic caseload.

Team
The team includes 2 DVMs and a great tenured support team, featuring 7 Licensed Veterinary Technicians along with additional assistants, creating a highly collaborative and well-supported environment.
