Job Description

Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their dedicated team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This well-established small animal practice provides high-quality care for cats and dogs, prioritizing compassionate service, strong client relationships, and professional growth.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time position, with a schedule designed to support work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will provide comprehensive clinical care for cats and dogs, including wellness and preventative medicine, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, geriatric care, and dentistry. Additional responsibilities include diagnostics, laboratory testing, and use of therapeutic services such as cold laser therapy. The position is best suited for an experienced veterinarian, with opportunities for continued professional growth and development.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA accredited and equipped with advanced facilities including in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, and surgical and therapeutic lasers. Services offered include preventative and routine care, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, geriatric care, dentistry, cold laser therapy, and boarding. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
