Our client is a hospital for Cats and Dogs that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing a full scope of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, surgical procedures, urgent care, diagnostics, and advanced medical care utilizing comprehensive testing and diagnostic capabilities. This opportunity offers exposure to a varied small animal caseload within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Doctor hours are to be discussed, with the position open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital offers Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and a full scope of GP services within a well-equipped and patient-focused environment. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including but not limited to digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, and Tonopen equipment, supporting efficient workflow and comprehensive patient care. Facilities include a private entrance, lobby, and exam room dedicated solely to serving cats, helping create a lower-stress environment for feline patients and owners. The practice is both AAHA accredited and a Cat Friendly Certified® Practice. In addition to veterinary services, the hospital also offers laser therapy and behaviour therapy services. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
