Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice seeking to hire an Associate Veterinarian. The clinic sees both small animals and equine patients; however, this role will focus solely on the small animal caseload. The position is open to either full-time or part-time applicants.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering the full scope of general practice veterinary care. This includes managing a varied small animal caseload with responsibilities spanning routine wellness, diagnostics, and treatment. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Practice Details
The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends. It is a well-equipped facility featuring a fully equipped surgical suite, digital and dental radiography, and in-house IDEXX laboratories, enabling the team to provide a high standard of care. The clinic offers a full scope of general practice services.

Team
The team consists of three DVMs supported by a well-trained support staff, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
