Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is a part-time position working with small animals and exotics within a general practice and urgent care setting. The hospital is a well-established, full-service practice known for delivering high-quality, compassionate care, supported by a loyal client base and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care across a varied caseload, including preventative medicine, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. The role involves managing cases from routine wellness through to more complex procedures, while working closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Doctor hours are part-time within the hospital’s operating schedule. The position is open to veterinarians seeking a supportive environment with strong clinical autonomy and collaboration.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed on weekends. The practice is equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography, laser therapy, and fully equipped surgical and dental suites, along with in-house diagnostics. Services offered include preventative health care and vaccinations, dentistry, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, anesthesiology and pain management, emergency care, laboratory services, pharmacy, feline medicine, and care for rabbits and guinea pigs. The hospital provides a diverse caseload and a supportive infrastructure that enables veterinarians to practice high-quality medicine confidently.

Team
The team includes four DVMs supported by experienced support staff in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and high standards of care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
