Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their long-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Carrollton, Georgia. This full-service clinic has been serving the community since 1949 and provides high-quality care for cats and dogs. They are welcoming applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering a collaborative environment where doctors work closely together to support excellent patient outcomes and continued professional growth.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Full-time and part-time availability can be discussed depending on the needs of the doctor. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements listed, allowing for predictable scheduling within the clinic’s regular operating hours.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients while working closely with an experienced team that values communication and collaboration. Clinical responsibilities include wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine case management, surgery, diagnostics, and client education. The caseload offers exposure to both routine and advanced care, creating a well-rounded clinical experience. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available for those in the early stages of their careers.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA accredited and equipped with modern technology to support comprehensive care, including in-house diagnostics, radiology, cardiology services, chemotherapy, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, laser surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, and tonopen capability. The facility supports a wide range of services, allowing veterinarians to manage complex cases while maintaining a strong foundation in preventative and wellness care. Team
The practice is home to a team of four dedicated DVMs and a brilliant group of support staff who create a positive, learning-focused environment. The team works closely together on case discussions and medical decision-making, ensuring that each doctor feels supported while delivering exceptional care to their patients.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
