Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their established three-doctor small animal practice. The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care and serves as a critical resource within the community, offering general practice, urgent care, surgical, diagnostic, and emergency services. As the only emergency veterinary practice within two hours, the hospital provides a diverse and engaging caseload while supporting veterinarians with advanced technology and mentorship opportunities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will manage a varied small animal caseload encompassing general practice medicine, urgent care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, radiology, ultrasonography, and emergency presentations. The role offers the opportunity to practice medicine with clinical autonomy while working alongside a collaborative and compassionate team. Responsibilities include performing examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, conducting surgical procedures, interpreting diagnostic findings, and building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and patient advocacy. The hospital is seeking a veterinarian proficient in general medicine and surgery, although mentorship is available and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology including a CT machine, ultrasound, digital radiography, X-ray equipment, and comprehensive in-house laboratory capabilities featuring chemistry and hematology analyzers, blood gas analysis, and additional diagnostic testing. Services offered include comprehensive hospital care, urgent care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, radiology, ultrasonography, CT imaging, emergency veterinary services, and small animal medicine. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
