Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a modern, independently minded hospital delivering high-quality primary and urgent care in Buckeye, Arizona. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday from 8am to 8pm on an alternating schedule, Tuesday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm, Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 6pm. Sunday hours run from 8am to 6pm on an alternating basis. The rota is designed to support flexibility and work–life balance while providing consistent coverage for both primary and urgent care services.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver high-quality medical care across both primary care and urgent care presentations, managing cases from routine wellness through to time-sensitive medical concerns. You will practise medicine with full clinical autonomy, supported by strong mentorship and vet-crafted standards of care. The role encourages thoughtful diagnostics, clear client communication, and collaboration with colleagues, while also supporting continued development through tailored mentorship and feedback-driven learning.

Practice Details
The hospital provides comprehensive primary and urgent care services for dogs and cats, operating within a modern, purpose-built clinical environment. Standards of care are developed by veterinarians, prioritising quality medicine over volume. The practice model is designed to remove unnecessary constraints, allowing clinicians to focus on patient outcomes while benefiting from strong operational support and a clear clinical philosophy.

Team
You will be joining a collaborative team of five veterinarians, working alongside skilled technicians and support staff. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
