Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join an AAHA-accredited small animal practice providing care to cats and dogs. The hospital is seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high-quality medicine in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes a broad range of clinical responsibilities such as diagnosing and treating medical conditions, delivering wellness and preventative care, and managing cases from consultation through to treatment. Additional responsibilities include surgery, dentistry, urgent care services, and client communication, ensuring pet owners are well informed about treatment plans and ongoing care. The position also involves working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of patient care and contribute to a positive hospital culture. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
Our client is an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital committed to delivering high-quality medical care, including urgent care services. The practice offers services such as wellness and prevention, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, and urgent care. The hospital places a strong emphasis on medical excellence and continuous improvement, supported by access to internal specialty consultations and ongoing educational resources. The culture is collaborative and mentorship-focused, with structured support designed to promote professional growth and development. Hospital opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends closed.

Team
The team consists of 5 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The environment is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on teamwork, mentorship, and delivering consistent, high-quality patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
