Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital located just outside Milwaukee, currently seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified small animal practice. This established, three-doctor facility focuses exclusively on canine and feline care and is committed to delivering exceptional medicine in a low-stress environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time role.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, chronic disease management, and support specialty services. The role includes fostering Fear Free patient experiences and collaborating with a motivated and compassionate team. It is open to experienced veterinarians as well as those seeking a supportive environment to grow their clinical skills.

Practice Details
The hospital features advanced equipment including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, echocardiogram, electrocautery, and an in-house laboratory. Reference laboratory testing is also available. The clinic offers comprehensive services such as wellness care, diagnostics, dental care, surgery, chronic disease management, specialty services, and grooming. The facility maintains strong relationships with nearby specialty and referral centers to support continuity of advanced care.

Team
The practice includes three DVMs and is described as supportive and team-oriented, with a clear focus on compassionate care and professional collaboration in a high-quality medical setting.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
