Our client is a well-established animal hospital in Bristol, Tennessee, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate, community-focused team. This small animal practice has been a trusted part of the local area for over 25 years, providing personalized care to dogs and cats in a warm and supportive environment. They combine modern medicine with a relationship-based approach that prioritizes comfort, communication, and long-term client trust.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a full-time position with no weekend or after-hours requirements, offering an excellent work-life balance and a consistent weekly rhythm.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full range of clinical services, including preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, surgery, and ongoing patient care. The role suits both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, as the hospital fosters a supportive environment with strong teamwork and opportunities for professional growth. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
