Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Established in 1994, this well-established hospital cares for cats and dogs and serves a loyal client base that values quality medicine and lasting relationships. Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves undertaking the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client communication. The hospital offers flexible scheduling and supports veterinarians at all stages of their careers. New graduates receive structured mentorship with regular case discussions and hands-on guidance, while experienced veterinarians enjoy clinical autonomy with access to a collaborative team for consultation and idea sharing.
Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Tuesday from 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 6:30pm, and is closed on weekends. Services include the full scope of GP services and Orthopedics, providing a varied companion animal caseload. The practice is equipped with modern technology including, but not limited to, Digital X-Ray, Digital Dental X-Ray, an In-House Laboratory and Ultrasound. Additional facilities include laser surgery capabilities and an on-site pet pharmacy.
Team
You will be joining a team of 4 DVMs supported by 12 dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
