Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats and is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Massachusetts. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for canine and feline patients while working closely with clients and support staff to ensure positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include performing wellness examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing treatment plans, educating clients, and delivering preventative healthcare. Clinical exposure includes wellness medicine, dentistry, surgery, diagnostic testing, advanced diagnostic imaging, parasite prevention, vaccinations, nutrition counseling, behavioral support, laser therapy, and end-of-life care. The role offers the opportunity to work through a wide variety of medical and surgical cases while practicing in an environment that encourages collaboration and individualized patient care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats with a focus on compassionate, high-quality medicine. Services offered include wellness examinations, dental care, parasite prevention, vaccinations, pet surgeries, diagnostic testing, advanced diagnostic imaging, microchipping, dental radiology, spay and neuter procedures, prescription services, nutrition counseling, behavioral and anxiety support, end-of-life care, laser therapy, and pet health certificates. The practice emphasizes building meaningful client relationships while providing thorough medical care tailored to each patient’s needs. Hospital hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
