Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The AAHA Accredited, Fear Free Certified hospital provides comprehensive general practice and urgent care services for cats and dogs and is looking for a veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care for companion animals across both general practice and urgent care services. Responsibilities include wellness examinations, diagnostics, client education, dentistry, and same-day urgent care appointments. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while building lasting client relationships and collaborating closely with an experienced support team. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA Accredited and Fear Free Certified. Opening hours are Monday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday 12:00pm to 7:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday 12:00pm to 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Flexible scheduling is available with no on-call or holiday shifts required. The practice is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house diagnostic laboratory to support advanced diagnostics and patient care. Services include general practice, urgent care, wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, behavioural consultations, and senior pet care. The hospital combines advanced medical technology with a welcoming environment and is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality veterinary care.

Team
You will join a team of 4 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, with a 2.5-to-1 staff-to-doctor ratio. The practice fosters a collaborative environment where veterinarians are well supported by experienced technicians, assistants, and client service representatives, allowing the team to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
