This established general practice hospital in Boise, Idaho is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animal patients. Responsibilities include wellness examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, client education, and building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. The role also involves collaborating closely with the hospital team to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture while contributing to high standards of patient care. The position is open to veterinarians at all stages of their careers, with opportunities for mentorship, coaching, and leadership development. Flexible scheduling is available to support work life balance.

Practice Details
The hospital provides general veterinary services with a focus on preventative care and long-term patient wellness. Veterinarians are supported with continuing education opportunities, dedicated coaching resources, and access to a broad professional network. The practice encourages clinical autonomy while providing the tools and support needed to deliver high-quality medicine. Hospital hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the hospital closed on Sundays.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
