Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital that provides care for cats and dogs, and they are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a clinic that supports a full range of general practice care.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The schedule can be full or part-time, with doctor hours open to discussion.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The role covers the full scope of general practice, allowing the veterinarian to engage in a broad mix of clinical duties. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital operates with state-of-the-art equipment and supports a full-service general practice alongside urgent care, advanced cardiology, OFA certification, and orthopedics.
Team
The hospital has a team of 5 DVMs supported by a brilliant group of support staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
