Our client is a small animal veterinary hospital that is currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its friendly and collaborative team. The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care to cats and dogs and is committed to delivering high-quality medicine in a fear-free and welcoming environment. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values teamwork, compassionate care, and the ability to grow clinically within a well-supported practice.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with additional hours on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. The role is open to both full-time and part-time veterinarians, and the team is happy to discuss scheduling options to suit individual preferences. This structure offers flexibility while maintaining consistent patient care and a positive work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive general practice veterinary care across a varied caseload. Your responsibilities will include all typical general practice duties, such as wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and client education. This position is open experienced veterinarians only.

The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support high-quality veterinary medicine and efficient workflows. The practice offers a wide range of services, including routine wellness examinations and vaccinations, dentistry, surgical procedures such as spays and neuters, boarding, grooming, and an in-house pharmacy. All services are delivered within a fear-free and welcoming atmosphere designed to ensure a positive experience for patients, clients, and team members alike.

Team
You will join a collaborative team of four DVMs who value teamwork, communication, and shared clinical excellence. The veterinary team is supported by a fantastic group of experienced support staff who contribute to a smooth, efficient, and positive working environment. This strong team culture allows veterinarians to focus on practicing high-quality medicine while feeling fully supported.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
