Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing small animal veterinary care, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a close-knit, community-focused practice with the potential to help shape and grow the clinic while delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours / Rota
This role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, providing a structured schedule with no weekend requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering preventative, medical, and surgical care to small animal patients, including performing routine and advanced surgeries, interpreting diagnostic results, and developing treatment plans. The role also involves supporting the development of medical protocols, mentoring within the team, and maintaining strong client communication. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This is a small animal practice focused on delivering comprehensive care across all life stages, from puppy and kitten visits through to senior care. Services offered include preventative health care, vaccinations, soft tissue surgery, in-house x-rays, dental care, microchipping, senior pet care, and allergy and dermatology services. The practice is positioned as a slower-paced, high-potential clinic with a strong emphasis on personalized care, client relationships, and future growth within the community.

Team
The team consists of 1 DVM and a great tenured support team, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
