Our client is a hospital providing care for small animal patients and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Responsibilities include conducting wellness examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing surgical and dental procedures, educating clients, and collaborating closely with a skilled support team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. Clinical exposure includes preventative care, primary care medicine, dermatology, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, anesthesia, pain management, geriatric medicine, emergency care, hospitalization, intensive care, and soft tissue surgery. The role also offers opportunities to utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and contribute to a collaborative medical environment. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available for those early in their careers.

Practice Details
The hospital is an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified facility committed to providing comprehensive veterinary care through preventative medicine, advanced diagnostics, surgery, and patient-focused treatment plans. Equipment includes digital radiography, ultrasound, therapeutic laser technology, Tonopen, dental radiography, in-house laboratory capabilities, an in-house pharmacy, and a dedicated surgical suite. Facilities include hospitalization areas, an intensive care unit, an isolation ward, oxygen and transfusion therapy capabilities, and advanced diagnostic and treatment resources. Services offered include advanced care, cold laser therapy, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, reproductive services, soft tissue surgery, preventative care, primary care, allergy and itchy skin treatment, anesthesia, dental care, dentistry, emergency care, euthanasia services, full diagnostics, general surgery, geriatric medicine, hospitalization, pain management, periodontics, radiology, and spay and neuter procedures. The hospital is also recognized as a Cat Friendly Practice and maintains AAHA accreditation standards throughout all aspects of patient care. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
