Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital providing progressive, individualized medical care and is currently hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian. The practice delivers comprehensive care across a diverse caseload and emphasizes teamwork, quality medicine, and exceptional client service.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with weekday-only scheduling. The hospital operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The practice is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. No after-hours or on-call requirements are required.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will focus on delivering high-quality clinical care while working collaboratively within the hospital team. Clinical responsibilities include routine wellness exams, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, urgent care, and end-of-life care. The role supports progressive, individualized treatment plans and consistent client communication. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

The hospital is committed to high-quality, modern veterinary medicine and provides the tools and diagnostic capabilities required to support excellent patient outcomes. Services offered include wellness care, dental care, surgical services, urgent care, diagnostics, laboratory services, nutrition support, pharmacy services, microchipping, pet grooming, exotic pet services, and end-of-life care. The practice treats dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, and guinea pigs, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and comprehensive dentistry.
Team
The team consists of two DVMs supported by a dedicated and experienced support staff. The working environment is collaborative and team-focused, with an emphasis on delivering quality medicine and maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
