Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with a schedule that will be tailored to the incoming veterinarian, supporting both the needs of the hospital and a sustainable work-life balance. The hospital maintains consistent daytime clinical hours, allowing for a predictable routine while supporting a steady and varied caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive small animal care including wellness examinations, diagnostics, medical case management, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. The role emphasizes a strong diagnostic approach, developing thorough differential lists, diagnostic plans, and evidence-based treatment protocols. Responsibilities include performing routine and more advanced surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, mass removals, and exploratory surgeries, as well as performing complete dental procedures including radiographic interpretation and extractions. Clear client communication and collaborative teamwork are key components of the role.

Facilities include ultrasound, digital dental radiography, advanced surgical equipment, and electronic medical record systems that streamline communication and case management. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
