Our client is a hospital providing care for small animal patients and is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Advance, North Carolina. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing preventative and wellness care, educating clients on healthcare recommendations, and collaborating with a skilled support team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. Clinical exposure includes wellness and prevention, diagnostics, urgent care, advanced medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, endocrinology, pain management, regenerative medicine, behavior therapy, and surgical procedures. Surgical services include spay and neuter procedures, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, CCL repair, mass removals, laser surgery, and dental surgery. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital provides comprehensive small animal veterinary care through a broad range of services including wellness and prevention, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, and urgent care. Equipment and diagnostic capabilities include advanced ultrasound technology, in-house testing, blood transfusion services, laser therapy, and surgical laser technology supported by EKG monitoring, pulse oximetry, cardiac monitoring, and intravenous fluid therapy. Additional services include internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, OFA certification evaluations, endocrinology, regenerative medicine, behavior therapy, anesthesia, dental surgery, orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, CCL repair, mass removal procedures, and laser surgery. The hospital maintains established protocols for after-hours referrals and emphasizes evidence-based medicine, collaborative teamwork, and high standards of patient care. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
