Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing small animal veterinary care and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The clinic focuses on client-centered care, preventative medicine, and fostering the human-animal bond in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with Saturday and Sunday closed. The role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. No weekend or after-hours requirements are specified.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality veterinary care with a focus on preventative medicine and client-centered service. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to support clinic goals, maintaining clinical standards, operating equipment effectively, supporting community engagement, and ensuring compliance with veterinary regulations and protocols. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive team culture. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Services include wellness and preventive care, dental care, vaccinations, spay and neuter procedures, surgery, geriatric and end-of-life care, and in-house diagnostics including X-ray. Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
