Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. This is an AAHA accredited small animal hospital providing comprehensive primary and advanced veterinary care for cats and dogs. The practice is focused on delivering high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment where veterinarians are empowered to practice at the highest standard.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed Saturdays and Sundays. The position is available full-time, with flexibility considered. The practice is not open on weekends.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Clinical responsibilities include wellness exams, preventive care, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, anesthesia, dentistry including dental X-rays, soft tissue surgery, general surgery, routine surgeries such as spays and neuters, hospitalization, pain management, and intensive care. The Associate Veterinarian will provide full diagnostics, build strong client relationships, deliver compassionate patient care, and collaborate closely with the clinical team to maintain high medical standards.

Practice Details
This is an AAHA accredited hospital, voluntarily upholding rigorous standards across numerous areas of veterinary care. The facility supports advanced diagnostics and treatment including diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, echocardiography, EKG, Tonopen, digital radiology, in-house laboratory, in-house pharmacy, in-office surgical suite, isolation ward, and intensive care capabilities. Services include advanced care, preventive care, adult and senior wellness, immunizations, parasite control, weight management, allergy care, anesthesia, dentistry, internal medicine, hospitalization, pain management, radiology, routine surgeries, spays and neuters, feline hyperthyroidism management, and DNA breed testing. Hands-free radiology is encouraged, and Fear Free Certified associates are supported when possible.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
