Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and patient treatment. There is a strong emphasis on client communication, building lasting relationships, and providing personalized care. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team, contribute to a positive hospital culture, and manage a varied caseload. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with tailored, hands-on mentorship available through a structured program.

Practice Details
The hospital is a long-standing practice, serving the community since 1965, and offers a wide range of services including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, parasite prevention, microchipping, and routine screening tests. The facility features a spacious, recently remodeled dental suite with a modern dental X-ray unit and a new ultrasound unit, with further updates to surgical and treatment areas planned. The practice operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. The culture is highly collaborative and people-focused, supported by strong leadership, a structured mentorship program, and a commitment to professional development within a supportive network.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a close-knit, collaborative, and supportive working environment.
