Introduction
Our client is a feline-only practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, providing dedicated care exclusively for cats in a calm, low-stress environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive feline-focused care including wellness exams, preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Daily responsibilities include performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, carrying out routine surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, and minor mass removals, and providing dental care including examinations, cleanings, and extractions. The role also involves developing personalized care plans, managing cases through diagnosis and treatment, maintaining accurate medical records, and building long-term client relationships. There is a strong emphasis on understanding feline behavior, providing low-stress handling, and delivering individualized care throughout all life stages.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. This is a feline-only general practice with an average daily patient volume of 10–15 and a 1:1 support staff ratio. The clinic is equipped with in-house laboratory services, radiology, ultrasound, and fully equipped surgical suites including ICU and aftercare areas. Services offered include wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, screening tests, microchipping, senior pet care, advanced diagnostics, imaging, comprehensive dental care including digital dental x-rays, routine and advanced surgical procedures, pain management, nutritional counseling, and pharmacy services. The practice emphasizes personalized care, fast diagnostics, and a calm, cat-focused environment designed to reduce stress for patients, while fostering long-term client relationships and high standards of care.

The hospital has 3 DVMs and a great tenured support team, including skilled technicians, dedicated client service representatives, and strong leadership, creating a collaborative and supportive culture.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
