Introduction
Our client is a full-service companion animal hospital in Beavercreek, Ohio, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and compassionate team. The hospital provides high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of species, including dogs, cats, reptiles, and exotics. They are committed to delivering exceptional medicine with a personal touch, supporting clients through all stages of their pets’ lives. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking to begin their careers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, varying between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays, offering a healthy work-life balance and flexibility within the schedule.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care, including general medicine, wellness exams, surgery, and dentistry. The role also includes client education and working collaboratively with a skilled support team to ensure the highest level of care. The hospital encourages both experienced veterinarians and new graduates to apply, offering mentorship and support to foster professional growth.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with modern technology, including digital radiology, digital dental radiology, companion laser therapy, and an in-house laboratory for timely diagnostics and early disease detection. Services include wellness and preventive care, advanced dental care, dermatology, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, internal medicine, pain management, hospice care, and laser surgery. The hospital culture is fast-paced yet supportive, emphasizing teamwork, compassion, and client communication to ensure every patient receives quality, personalized care.

Team
The practice currently has three experienced DVMs supported by a talented and dedicated team of veterinary professionals. The environment is collaborative and team-focused, promoting mentorship, learning, and mutual support among staff members.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
