Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats and is seeking a Mobile Veterinarian to join their team. Open to both full-time and part-time applicants, this opportunity allows an experienced veterinarian to combine the flexibility of mobile veterinary medicine with the support of an established full-service practice. The role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships while delivering high-quality, compassionate care throughout the local community.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Mobile Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats through a combination of mobile visits and in-clinic support as needed. Responsibilities include performing routine preventive care, diagnostics, surgery and dentistry where appropriate, managing hospitalized patients, and delivering personalised care in clients’ homes. The successful candidate will be personable, confident, and team-oriented, with strong surgical and dental skills, the ability to work independently during mobile visits, and a commitment to compassionate patient care and community engagement. This role is suited to an experienced veterinarian looking for variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Practice Details
This full-service veterinary hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats through both traditional clinic appointments and mobile veterinary services. The practice offers routine preventive veterinary care, diagnostics, surgery services, acupuncture, and other holistic care, allowing veterinarians to manage a varied caseload while delivering personalised care in the community. Hospital hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and closed on Sundays. The practice is committed to preserving its community-focused culture while providing the operational support and resources that enable veterinarians to thrive.

Team
The hospital is supported by a collaborative team of 5 DVMs and a highly tenured support staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The team values collaboration, thoughtful medicine, and strong client relationships, creating an environment where experienced veterinarians are supported both in the clinic and while serving the community through mobile care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
