Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This small-animal clinic cares exclusively for cats and dogs and is looking for a doctor to support their growing caseload.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and the position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves the full scope of general practice, including all aspects of routine primary care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is a full-service small animal practice equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. They provide comprehensive services ranging from fundamental pet wellness and prevention to complex advanced care. The caseload includes testing and diagnostics, sophisticated surgical procedures, and critical urgent care and emergency services.

Team
The team consists of three DVMs supported by a well-trained group of staff who contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
