Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their established three-doctor veterinary team. The practice has been serving its community since 1978 and provides comprehensive veterinary care for small animals, while also offering equine and large animal services. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian looking to practice a broad scope of medicine in a supportive environment with access to advanced diagnostics, surgery, urgent care, and emergency services. Mentorship is available for veterinarians seeking additional clinical support and development.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care, managing a diverse caseload that includes wellness and preventive medicine, diagnostics, urgent care, emergency presentations, internal medicine, dermatology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, dentistry, and surgery. Responsibilities include performing examinations, developing treatment plans, interpreting diagnostic results, communicating effectively with clients, and collaborating with the veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. The role is suited to veterinarians who are proficient in general medicine and surgery, although mentorship is available and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The position is a full-time day shift opportunity.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology including CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, X-ray equipment, tonometry, in-house laboratory facilities, chemistry and hematology analyzers, blood gas analysis, and blood transfusion capabilities. Services offered include wellness and preventive care, senior pet care, parasite control, dermatology, blood and laboratory testing, radiology, endocrinology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, orthopedics, OFA certification, pain management, urgent care, emergency care, pet boarding, equine services, anesthesia, dental surgery, orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, spay and neuter procedures, CCL repair, mass removal surgery, and blood transfusions. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
