Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal veterinary practice hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The clinic treats cats and dogs and is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities, including routine appointments and clinical care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Scheduling is flexible, with the option of 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, and rotating weekends are required when needed.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is well-equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including digital radiography and ultrasound. The practice is AAHA accredited and incorporates fear-free techniques whenever possible. A full range of general practice services is offered.

Team
The team consists of three veterinarians supported by a strong group of support staff. The environment is supportive and collaborative.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
