Introduction
Our client is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian in Arlington, Washington. This opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established small-animal practice known for its high-quality medicine, supportive environment, and strong client relationships. The role is open to both experienced doctors and recent graduates seeking mentorship.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The full-time schedule will be arranged within these hours to support work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and client education. Candidates should be compassionate and motivated to contribute to a positive, team-centered culture. Whether experienced or newly graduated, the role offers opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.

Practice Details and Team
The practice features a modern facility equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and paperless medical records. The environment is focused on collaboration, professional development, and delivering exceptional patient care. A generous compensation package is offered, including a base salary of $130,000–$150,000 DOE with ProSal production structure, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, continuing education allowance, paid professional dues and licensing fees, and paid time off.

Team Size
The hospital currently has a team of two veterinarians and a visiting specialist, supported by experienced veterinary technicians and administrative staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
