Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-certified small animal practice. The hospital provides comprehensive care for companion animals, offering preventive medicine, advanced diagnostics, surgery, emergency care, and hospitalization in a modern, technology-supported facility. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, including new graduates and current students, with structured mentorship available.
Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will manage a comprehensive small animal caseload including wellness exams, preventive care, diagnostics, general surgery, dentistry, emergency cases, and hospitalization. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, conducting routine and advanced dental procedures, interpreting digital radiographs, utilizing in-house laboratory diagnostics, and collaborating closely with the clinical team. The role emphasizes client education, preventive medicine, and high-quality patient care supported by mentorship and professional development resources. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

This AAHA-certified hospital is equipped with advanced technology including dental radiology, digital radiographs, EMR, cold and therapeutic laser therapy, ECG, Tonopen, in-house laboratory, in-house pharmacy, surgical suite, intensive care capabilities, and an isolation ward. Services include Advanced Care, Advanced Dental Care, Dermatology, Preventive Care, General Surgery, Routine Surgeries, Spays and Neuters, Radiology, Emergency Care, Pain Management, Geriatric Medicine, Hospice Care, Hospitalization, House Calls, and Wellness Programs. The practice supports comprehensive diagnostics and high-level medical and surgical case management.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
