Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice hiring for a full-time Associate Veterinarian. The clinic sees cats and dogs and is seeking a dedicated clinician to join its team.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including routine and preventative care, diagnostics, and treatment. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is comfortable managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality care across all aspects of general practice.
Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Wednesday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. It is closed on Sundays and open biweekly on Saturdays. The practice is fully equipped with in-house and overnight labs, digital radiology, digital dental, and ultrasound. It is Fear Free certified and offers a full scope of GP services.
Team
This is a four-doctor small animal practice, consisting of three full-time and one part-time veterinarian. The team is supported by an experienced group of staff, including three LVTs and long-tenured team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
